Accountant

Our client is a well-established law and corporate services firm based in Nicosia, Cyprus, providing a broad range of legal, corporate, and financial services to an international client base. The firm is known for its high professional standards, structured working environment, and strong reputation built over many years.

They are now looking to hire an Accountant to join their Nicosia office, supporting the firm’s day-to-day financial operations.

• Perform daily bookkeeping and record transactions on the accounting system
• Document and file accounting transactions in an organised manner
• Prepare bank and other reconciliations
• Prepare and submit VAT and VIES returns
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI Higher Level, or equivalent relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role (essential)
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
