Our client is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of companies, supporting corporate transactions, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.

• Manage and administer a portfolio of companies on a daily basis
• Draft and review corporate documentation
• Assist with and handle the administrative aspects of corporate transactions
• Maintain ongoing and effective communication with clients
• Prepare documentation required for the incorporation of new companies
• Register companies with the Registrar of Companies, including completion of relevant forms
• Support the integration and maintenance of electronic filing systems
• Ensure compliance with KYC procedures and internal policies
• Maintain and update internal records and company files
• Assist with the submission of documents and applications to public authorities
• Handle updates and filings related to the UBO registry and trust registry (CySEC)

• Degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Corporate Governance, or Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar corporate administration role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of AML regulations and KYC procedures will be considered an advantage
