Transfer Pricing Consultant

Our client is a well-established professional services firm based in Nicosia, with an international presence and a growing Transfer Pricing team that supports global clients on complex cross-border pricing matters.

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Transfer Pricing Consultant who wants hands-on experience across documentation, economic analysis and advisory projects, while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day delivery of transfer pricing engagements, from preparing documentation and benchmarking studies to supporting audit and controversy work.

• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking studies and components of the Master File
• Support economic and financial analyses, including data collection, comparables searches and benchmarking analyses
• Prepare analyses and supporting documentation for transfer pricing audits and controversy projects
• Conduct research on transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS initiatives and cross-border tax matters
• Support the day-to-day delivery of assigned engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, client presentations, proposals and transfer pricing updates

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, ideally in professional services or an in-house tax environment; candidates with 3–5 years’ experience who can work more independently are also welcome
• Foundational understanding of transfer pricing concepts, methodologies and benchmarking principles
• Completion of an ADIT module in Transfer Pricing is an advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with transfer pricing software is an advantage
